How to uninstall programs on Windows

Dragging a program from the desktop to the trash does not uninstall the program. In this article, we will explain how to uninstall your programs in a correct and easy way.

1. Press the Start button in the taskbar
2. Enter Control Panel in the search bar and then select it from the results
3. Select Programs > Programs and Features.
4. Right-click on the program you want to remove and select Uninstall or Uninstall/Change. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
