Office Error "This key has already been used"

In this article, we explain how to handle the error code "This product key has already been used". This means that the product key has already been activated, and you need to log in to your account to install the product from there. This article is also helpful if you need to reinstall the files for your computer.

STEP 1

Sign in to your Microsoft account here: https://www.microsoft.com/sv-se/

Use the Microsoft account you previously used to activate Office and sign in.

STEP 2

Click on your profile picture in the right corner, then select "My Microsoft account" from the menu.

STEP 3

The next step is to click "Services and subscriptions" to view your purchased products.

After clicking "Services and subscriptions", you should now be able to see your package in your shopping list in your account.

Now you can install your package, click on the "Install" button.
